The brothel was made to give slaves, criminals, prisoners and those with nowhere else to go a chance to make fair coin for work that is always needed. When the building was established it was made clear that those brought in would have to work for their place, they would use their bodies to satisfy those willing to pay for it.

The building has expanded significantly and has opened multiple brothels since the first was established, it now no longer works solely in sex work but also massages and hotel stays.
