Vimis 'Lord No One' Underdrey

Vimis grew up in Underdrey Manor in Garrikhill, but became lord of the land at only fourteen when his father was killed in a hunting accident. An only child of the lowest born lord in Sanroth, Vimis was often called "Lord No One of Nowhere" by the others at court.
According to Serena Bearheart and the townspeople of Garrikhill, Vimis cared greatly about the country and the common people and showed a real desire to unify and strengthen Sanroth. He would go to the capital often to lobby for Garrikhill's growth on behalf of his people, but his efforts were often in vain.
Vimis fought alongside Prince Valorun and several other lords during the first year of the Hollow War, and he was present at the Slaughter of Bygate. He was one of the very few who survived, although the Party's experience in the time loop revealed that some sort of magic effect happened to him when Prince Valorun died.
Vimis's proximity to Valorun's death caused the hidden power of the First King's Blood within Vimis to awaken and with this new power he was able to capture, imprison and interrogate the fallen Prince Adoris, who had led the massacre. Together they learned of Underdrey history, discovering that Vimis was descended from a royal bastard and so was technically a descendent of the First King.
Vimis learned how to use the half of Ishurad's Mask in possession of Adoris and then executed the prince for his crimes against the realm, changed by what he had seen in the war and his new power. Over this period, Vimis was seen less and less by the townsfolk and supposedly became obsessed with nightmares that he came to believe were visions of a ruined future. Eventually, the lord of nowhere seemingly snapped and he left Garrikhill for the last time. 
He marched to Erichor and into the Great Keep itself, demanding an audience with the King. Despite being initially refused entry by the Justicars, by the night's end the King and royal family were all dead and Lord No One of Nowhere had apparently disappeared. Whatever happened inside the Great Keep has since remained a secret to the public at large.
It is apparent, however, that Vimis Underdrey is still very much alive and has some sort of alliance with the Nameless Order and with Sevryn the Red Death. He sought the lost half of Ishurad's Mask that had fallen into the hands of the party and Damon Rainhald, the last heir to the throne who had escaped Vimis's massacre. He was able to influence a member of the party, Gust Ragedrum, via the Mask into betraying the party by promising to resurrect the young dwarf's sister, though [his forces failed to acquire both the Mask and Damon. 
However, Gust later betrayed the Party one final time, and Vimis sent his Sentinels to collect Gust and the Mask from Riverside and then lived up to his end of the deal by resurrecting the dwarven girl with the power of the Mask. However, Vimis then demanded Damon's location as well but Gust refused. Furious, Vimis executed Gust and then resurrected him as one of his undead warriors to send against the Party.
