Hokushi

For much of its history, it remained a very small unnamed town. After the rise of Zonyashi, people took to calling this town Hokuyashi (Shudani for North of Yashi). In time this was shortened to Hokushi.
Back when it was first determined that The Fade was growing, somewhere around the year S90, residents of cities further east migrated towards the center of Shudan and grew the population of Hokushi to nearly 2,000.

Government

Part of the Northern Province overseen by the Izumi Family.

Peacekeeping & Military

The Peace Force, based mainly in Hiro-On, maintain a small presence here in Hokushi and serve as the peacekeeping force for the city.

Heritage Center

The Heritage Center is a research library which specializes in clan history.

Shrine of the Allmother

A shrine dedicated to the worship of Kawahara.
