Shiama Kou
A small port town on the west side of the Hogawa, just south of where it's two main tributaries meet.
Early in the life of the town it was referred to by the locals as Nishi Hama (West Shore in Shudani). During the influx of Li Qu just before the official founding of Shudan they began calling it Shiama Gangkou (Shiama Harbor in Liquon). Over time it was shortened to Shiama Kou in the common tongue.
The small port town has a population of 800.
