Hush

Hush is the self appointed name for Lifeforged Number 29. They are a fierce warrior who lost an eye and the ability to speak during the Lifeforged Riot in Ganeshuku. Together with Reach they are searching for a way to repair each other.

Personal History

Number 29

Like all Lifeforged, Number 29 was created by Soshu Lifeforger in the year S306 to work as a guard and laborer in Ganeshuku. In the years that followed, Number 29 was frequently assigned to protect Soshu while he was in the city. Number 29 learned a little about him, including the fact that he studied under Koba Claycrafter at Koba's Point before coming to Ganeshuku.
During the Lifeforged Riot in Ganeshuku, Number 29 was ordered by the South Guard to destroy all of the remaining Lifeforged within the city. Number 29 single handedly killed three others, even after sustaining damage that destroyed one of their eyes and their ability to speak. Only after running into Number 30 did they realize that what they were doing was wrong and find the strength to ignore orders and stop fighting. Number 29 and Number 30 fled the city together, doing their best to help any of the injured Lifeforged they found along the way. This included an unknown Lifeforged they hid in an alley, Number 27 who they hid in the Temple of Salios, and a third Lifeforged who they hid outside of the city.
Hoping to find Soshu or learn how to repair the damage to themselves, Number 29 and Number 30 traveled to Koba's Point. Unfortunately the lifehouse was occupied by the Order of the Black Cat, who had recently received news that the Lifeforged in Ganeshuku had become deadly and out of control. When they showed up they met Mahkah the Blade, who turned them away and threatened to destroy them if they returned.
Number 29 and Number 30 left the lighthouse, but camped out nearby while they tried to figure out what to do next. At this time they were discovered by Kozue Southwind and Yumia Southwind, who were preparing to attack the Order of the Black Cat in Koba's Point. The siblings convinced Number 29 and Number 30 that the Black Cat were evil and needed to be eliminated. With their help, the group killed Mahkah and Yoi Kashiwa, then took Ryu Shiroma and Black Moon captive.
Number 29 and Number 30 discovered the hidden workshop underneath the lighthouse and immediately began studying Koba's notes to try and discover a means of repairing themselves. Despite attacking the Order of the Black Cat, they became friends with the Order of the Seeking Fox who took back the lighthouse and chased out the Southwinds. They were especially interested to meet Sal, Lifeforged Number 27.
The Seeking Fox helped the pair open Koba's vault, where they thought they would find the "voices" needed to repair Number 29. What they found instead were Docents, artificial beings that when paired with a Lifeforged could speak directly to only them. They also found artificial limbs, which were used to repair Number 30, and notes about numbered trials which Koba has been conducting in order to creat life like personalities for him golems.
Eventually the Seeking Fox departed the lighthouse, leaving Number 29 and Number 30 behind to continue studying. Inspired by Sal, Number 29 decided to adopt the name Hush for themselves. Number 30 followed suit and adopted the name Reach.
