Realms
The Realms is the collective grouping of all the different places found within the world of Subsolem Septem.
They are usually divided into the Prime World Disk, the Lower Realms, the Middle Realms, the High Realms and the Astral Realms.
Travel between the different Realms is large a foreign concept to their ordinary inhabitants but powerful Magick wielders can sometimes open portals between them.
The summoning of Outsiders (inhabitants of other Realms) is mostly known through the practices of elemental Magick (which summons beings and manifestations from the Elemental Realms), Necromancy (which summons the restless dead from Lymbaugh or those souls bound for the City of Judgement) and infernalism (which seeks to summon and control Infernal Outsider from the Thirteen-point-one-two-seven-nine Hells and the Weirdwyld. Some scholars of ancient lore theorize that it could be possible to use technological means to traverse between the realms and claim that some civilizations before the onset of the Bright were, in fact, capable of these feats but no proof for this has been procured.
