Azgorach Horde (Azz-gorr-RACH)
The Azgorach Horde were forces summoned by warlocks in the employ of the Host of Selephise of the Violet Accord before and during the War of the Six. These warlocks managed to open portals to the otherworld of Azgorach; pre-war attempts were clandestine and largely unsuccessful, with subjects either arriving dead, backfiring on the summoners, or failing altogether. Their first success with any being of significant intelligence and power came with Xa'aroch in 969AC, and after he was indentured he bargained his assistance with bringing more of his kind over in exchange for eventual freedom. When asked the name of his world and of his kind, he gave it simply as Azgorach and this term was adopted as the name of their species.
As successful summons and indenturing of more supplicant subjects increased, the Azgorach strengthened the military of the Host. This supported increased pressure to defend themselves against the far most organized and proficient Golden Itoqir, as well as Ouni Kujan's secret aims to eventually seize the ikam for her own military agendas, since preliminary information was coming to her that the Azgorach may have further information on the use of the ikam as an Ega-enhancement drug.
Following the end of the war the vast majority of the surviving Azgorach returned or were banished to their world, though a few (such as Xa'aroch) managed to escape and remained in Icalar.
Structure
Ba'athorog: the most intelligent, used as ‘inquisitors’ and torturers, but sometimes also commanders of special missions (especially those with a flavor of psychological warfare).
Valrokor: moderately intelligent, used as anti-Bloodsinger measures owing to their ability to consume manifested Ega.
Drelgrach: less to mildly intelligent, used most effectively in groups as cavalary of sorts.
Eidlish: less intelligent, one of the more supplicant summoned subspecies, commonly used as minor spies and servants.

Mythology & Lore
The Passage of the Aeboqar instinct-prophecy in the Keen acted as a strong impetus for the Horde having crossed over to begin with.
