Triad Council

Since their founding, the three dominions of Doubt, Indulgence, and Torment have developed distinct cultures. Each dominion governs and operates independently from one another as three separate nations, but they are tied together by a loose confederation wherein all three dominions benefit from each other's accomplishments and services to work towards the betterment of all demon-kind. The Triad Council are the single most powerful group in all of Ragnarok. They are a small collection of three leaders from each of the three dominions. Each of them is elected by their respective system of governance. In the Dominion of Doubt, a Benevolent Lady is selected by the Arcane Council: a gathering of the best minds the nation has to offer. In the Dominion of Indulgence, a Lord / Lady rises to power through wealth, political manipulation, or good-will from the people, and eventually becomes leader of the Council of Commerce, a gathering of the most wealthy houses in the dominion. In the Dominion of Torment, those with the greatest martial prowess and military records rise through the ranks by merit or force to become High Imperator, commander of the High Legions, which protects and oversees governance of the dominion. Frequent meetings of the council are held at the Seat of the Father. a great hall atop the Behemoth's Back Mountains separating all three dominions, built at the last place where Great-Father Lucifer was last seen. Though they are not religious, this is the closest thing to a holy site for demon-kind in all of Ragnarok.
