Doug Woods

Doug Woods is the original settler of Riven . Doug single handedly built a lumber enterprise in a time where lumber shortages in the North were common, due to high demand from an expanding Norbury . Mister Woods gathered men from Myrefall and Cunningham and built a lumber mill that eventually led to Riven being recognized as an established settlement.

Doug was known to be kind hearted and generous as the sole leader of Riven. It was no secret that he had made a fortune from the Riven Lumber Mill , if Riven Abbey is any indication. However, Mister Woods spent much of his fortune on infrastructure for the town.
He unfortunately passed of natural causes in 848AC and his son Rick Woods inherited both his estate, the lumber mill, and the leadership role.
