Lokas Felvor
Amidst a hideout built into the sewer network of Ridgefell, sitting atop a golden throne and surrounded by several piles of gold much taller than he is, Lokas Felvor juggles two clearly poisoned daggers. Leader of The Golden Gnomes, Lokas is cunning, greedy and short-tempered. He slowly took over the town of Ridgefell via bribery and intimidation. Alongside Calamdore Asorle, captain of the Ridgefell guard, he ran the town behind the shadows for a few years.
That is, until he met the party. Lokas coveted Irondeep's Royal Amethyst, a magnificent jewel that would be perfect for his large collection. He made a deal with the group of adventurers; the Royal Amethyst in exchange for 1 item from his treasure hoard, each! If it sounds too good to be true, that's because it usually is.
The party did not bring him the Royal Amethyst, but they did bring 500 soldiers from The Gnomish Allied Forces . The Golden Gnomes were disbanded, most members either killed in the raid or imprisoned. After nearly killing both Piper Fullbright and Christian Fullbright, Lokas surrendered begrudgingly and his fate was left up to the Ridgefell council (before it was disbanded and the town accepted Trixie Mountgnomery as their new leader). The vote for his sentence was a close one. Ultimately, it was decided that Lokas would be imprisoned in Ridgefell's prison for life.
Not everyone was happy with this outcome, including Chris and Piper, who felt he needed to die. Some of the townsfolk felt like this too, and apparently one guard felt strongly enough to kill Lokas in his prison cell.
