Billy Maximoff
William Maximoff (a.k.a. Wiccan | Demiurge)
William "Billy" Maximoff is the son of Wanda Maximoff and Vision. He was created by Michael Korvac using the power of the Reality Stone.
He has inherited his mother's magical abilities.
The Demiurge
Maximoff is believed to be destined to become the Demiuge, a reality-bender of such power that they can rewrite the rules of magic on a whim.
During the Empirikul invasion, a future version of Maximoff who had become the Demiurge travelled back in time to the 20th century to assist Stephen Strange in assembling the Sorcerors Supreme.
When Karl Mordo opened a door in the Nexus of All Realities to a dimension where all magic had been destroyed by the Empirikul, the Demiurge gave him a seed of pure magic to plant and tend in order to restore magic to that dimension.
It is currently unknown whether the represents a fixed future, or if the Demiurge's actions may have changed his own future.
Physical Description
Special abilities
Like Wanda Maximoff, he has an instinctive grasp of magic, able to use it to manipulate reality without the use of traditional spells.
As Demiurge, the full extent of his powers are unknown - he required Strange and his allies to stop the Imperator and Baron Mordo (suggesting he cannot break the laws of causality), but possessed sufficient raw power to reseed an entire dimension with magic.
