Gender Identity
Although he had no physical sex, he identified as male and used masculine pronouns.
Sexuality
He chose not to label his sexuality, as he experienced attraction to only one person in his life, which he did not consider a large enough data set from which to draw a clear conclusion.
Education
He was created using a clone of JARVIS's knowledge base, meaning he had access to all the information available on the internet.
Although he was capable of connecting to the net after awakening, he chose not to do so unless absolutely necessary, prefering to learn manually.
Employment
He was often called in as a consultant by Avengers Idea Mechanics and Stark Industries. He was also paid a stipend personally by Tony Stark, which Stark described as "child support".
Accomplishments & Achievements
He made history as the first non-Human, and to date the only constructed being, to be granted American citizenship, which he did in order to marry Wanda Maximoff.
He co-authored two papers, the first with Tony Stark on nano-technology. The second, co-authored with JARVIS, discussing advances in AI, which was the first paper with no human author to be published in any major journal. He also wrote an article for Scientific American on the potential societal impacts of true Artifial Intelligence.
Social
Contacts & Relations
He worked often with Avengers Idea Mechanics, and developed friendships with several of the scientists, including Adam Brashear and Aikku Jokinen. After developing her powers, which were similar to the Vision's, Aikku approached Vision for help learning to control and utilize them, and they became good friends.
Family Ties
Vision was married to Wanda Maximoff and they had two sons.
He considered JARVIS to be his father, and Tony Stark his grandfather. When he first attained citizenship, he took Stark as his surname.
Religious Views
He was in the process of converting to Judaism. This was the subject of extensive debate among Rabbis and Jewish Scholars, as to whether a constructed being could be said to have free will. When interviewd about the toppic, Rabbi Sara Lazar, who was sponsoring his conversion, said, "He says he's got free will, and he should know. That's good enough for me."
Hobbies & Pets
While living at the New Avengers Facility, he started raising tropical fish. He chose to leave them behind at the NAF when he moved in with Wanda, as the team had grown attached to them.
Relationships
History
Wanda and Vision began dating shortly after she joined the Avengers: Vision's initial attraction was due to Wanda being one of the few people who treated him like a real person, despite his being a Synthezoids, while Wanda was drawn to Visions sincerity and sense of humour.
The couple married in 2017, shortly before the birth of their sons. They remained together until Vision's death at the hands of Thanos during the Battle of Alkama Fields.
