Briary of Molrick
The Briary of Molrick is a division of the Duchy of Lorancourt in the Kingdom of Lesser Imesse. It is led by Briar Crole Blackbeard, a Dwarf of the Clan Blackbeard. Its seat is in the Town of Molrick at the stronghold built by Crole, Blackstone Castle.
There are just under 8,000 people that live and work in the Briary, most in small villages and towns along the Mol River. The largest town in the Briary is Molrick itself with 2,600 people. The Briary is a busy and prosperous place, with many large farms, businesses and industries bringing in much revenue and trade. There are several large quarries producing a fine blue stone slate, a large clay deposit that is suited for ceramics and pottery, four very productive tanneries, a coal mine and an iron mine. Herds of goats and sheep graze on the hillsides, and communities of Halflings harvest the Mol River for fish, eels and waterfowl.
