In his youth, Myles came to the faith with a passionate belief in the power and reality of the Pantheon. Years of hard work, hard life and hard lessons tempered his fervor, but he never lost his fundamental faith. Then, after he was elevated to the ecclesiasty, he met one Milna Stoner, a young novitiate of the Order of the Daughters of Heaven. Her remarkable and obvious gifts renewed his belief and refreshed his spiritual passion. He has become convinced that young Milna is touched by the divine and that she is an insturment in the god's plan for a religious renewal across the land.
