Master Rolin Dupuy
Rolin Dupuy is the Bailiff of the Village of Lochome in the City of Thorahl. He is a 40-year-old Halfling that was appointed to the office of Bailiff only under protest. He considers himself to be a goat farmer that also has to manage and administer his local community because no one else wanted the job.
Rolin's youngest son, Bor Dupuy, is a 10-year-old Halfling boy that has recently been found to be experiencing very strange and very vivid dreams. The dreams he has expressed to his parents have proven to come true in the days after he has them, to a remarkable degree of accuracy. Bor's dreams seem to be centered around a figure that, when described by Bor to his parents, seems very like the Druidic god called Lug. Rolin and his wife, both adherents to the Druidic Faith in a country dedicated to the Pantheon of Heaven, have tried to keep this fact quiet.
Rolin has chosen to consult with a local scholar named Zebulin Anagnostix, a very old and very revered Gnome of great learning and insight. Zebulin has come to the conclussion that Bor is, indeed, having prophetic dreams and these dreams seem to be divine in origin and in nature. Neither Rolin and his wife nor Zebulin have any certain thoughts on what to do about the situation, however.

Rolin has run a large goat farm his entire life, and only recently has taken on the role of Bailiff for the village of Lochome. His farm is located just on the north side of the village, and covers some very pretty and very productive acres of prime grazing pastures. His goats are much in demand in the kitchens and taverns of entire Thorahl valley, as is their milk and cheese.
