Personal history

Rollard Bolder was the Chief of the Royal House of Bolder and a Commander of the Regiments of Dragoons for the Ward of Jemptal. He had served in the Dragoons for 41 years, and had served with his son for 22 of those years.   In 215, Duke Turl am Nari invaded Cobal and Rollard led his regiments north to combat the attack. In a battle fought near Elimar at a place called Smallford Crossing, Rollard was leading a charge of horse when his charger was shot dead from under him. He fought valiantly against many foes, but was eventually defeated and killed. His body was recovered and he was buried with honors next to his son, Bollard Bolder near the city of Elimar.
