Shire of Lumberton
The Shire of Lumberton is a division of the Ward of Elisar and is located on the western edge of the Braden's Chase forest. As it's name implies, it is primarily focused on the harvesting of timber from the forest and the production of lumber that can then be shipped around the country. The Shire has a population of 2,600 people, 2,100 of which reside in the Town of Lumberton.
The Sheriff of Lumberton is Pleasance Hunter, a Halfling female of 55 years. She is a widow that has made several fortunes managing and harvesting the timber from the Chase. She is generous with her wealth, and she is merciless in her administration of justice within the Shire.
