Ward of Elisar

The Ward of Elisar is a large political division of the Kingdom of Cobal. It is located on the north bank of the Caldar River and extends from the extreme western boundry of the Kingdom with the vast The Junn Steppe east to the Colai River. It is one of the larger geographic division of the Kingdom, encompassing more than 5,300 square miles. The vast majority of the population is located along the rivers of the Ward, mainly the Caldar, Manito and Colai Rivers.  The population of the Ward is just under 32,000 souls. 11,000 people live in the City of Elisar, the Ward's seat.
The Warden is Riley Oldgate, a 49-year-old Human shipwright and businessman from the City of Elisar.
