The Esteemed Black family first settled this land with their staff and quickly built an alliance with Lord Verel Vallis, a shrewd merchant and trader, who played a pivotal role in the city's early economic development, laying the foundations for the Vallis Trading Company in the Vallis Trade Quarters.
Lady Lyria Vallis, married to Lord Kasper Vallis(The current ruler of Black Harbor), added her touch of refinement to Black Harbor, creating the elegant Rosewood Residences and cultivating the exquisite Black Rose Gardens.
