Hobb Gunderson

Hobb Gunderson is a Hastane Barbarian who hails from Norhast. With his maul on his shoulder, he traveled down along the coasts of Aldorath, taking work on various ships until he got down to Gwyllan's Watch. There, he met Thomas Bontemps, and the two started a friendship that often seemed to lead to more work and gold in Hobb's pocket. They parted ways when Tommy's ship, the Red Clam, was sailing up to Gristamere Overview, and Hobb got some work slaying Orcs in Dalenshire.

Now, along with Tommy, Ignatius Stoatmoor, Kylon Strongtusk, Kipap Shortlegs, and Misi, Hobb has accepted a commission from the mysterious Façade to sail to Velnar on an expedition. He's been promised plenty of adventure, as well as a wealth of riches, and that's enough for him.

Hobb is a large, strong man. He is surprisingly easy-going for someone who is sometimes filled and fueled by a boundless rage, but, when not in his battle fury, he would rather have a drink, avoid fighting, and generally live the good life. He is easily flustered by attention from women, and he's shown a love of good food, strong drink, and fresh fruit when it's available.
