Thomas Bontemps

Thomas Bontemps, born Thomas Seaworth and sometimes known as Tommy Goodtimes, is the captain of the Red Clam. He is a Half-Elf Rogue known for his swashbuckler and love of adventure. His mother is Sally Seaworth, owner of the Goodtimes House in Valafar, and his father was Dathanios Saworth, an @Elf sailor who disappeared when Tommy was eight. Along with Hobb Gunderson, Ignatius Stoatmoor, Kipap Shortlegs, Kylon Strongtusk, and Misi, he has taken a commission from the mysterious Façade to seek out an ancient astronomical observatory in Velnar.

Tommy became captain after the last captain was taken by Goblinoid forces in Gristamere. Although he has never met the Clam's owners, he now stands the chance to gain her for himself as his reward for his part in the adventures.

Tommy is bombastic, flirtatious, and flamboyant. He has never let the fact that he doesn't know how to sail stop him from acting as First Mate or Captain, and he largely commands through sheer charisma. He is not even slightly above criminal activity, having worked with the Thieves' Guild called the Harbor Rats out of Valafar for years.
