Gwyllan's Watch

Gwyllan’s Watch was the capital of Tavanion, the seat of power of the Eladrin-in-Exile. It is named for Gwyllan ap Kadishai, the mage-king who founded the city, sometimes called the first Esavol of the eladrin-in-exile following The Feywar.
This magnificent city of pearl, silver, and white marble stands on a high rocky cliff overseeing the Sea of Sunken Fires in the Feywild. It is also partially built on several islands below, often connected to the main city by high arching white bridges. It lies partly in Tol, but those portions of the city were largely ruined when the Tarrasque was raised. For centuries, parts of the city would regularly travel back and forth between Tol and the Feywild via a process called "Worldfall." When Esavola Maraliana ap Kadishai led the Eladrin back to the Feywild and abandoned Tol, this process was halted.
Although the city is still heavily ruined, many people refuse to desert it. Prince Belerion ap Kadishai, son of the Esavol, refused to abandon Tol, and he had vowed to see the city rebuilt. Many Elves, Eladrin, Fairies, Gnomes, Satyrs, Owlfolk, Rabbitfolk, and the like flocked to his banner, suggesting that his Gwyllan's Watch would have been a much different city. Sadly, his death at the Battle of Worldbreaker's Howe has placed the city back into uncertainty.
