Sir Finn the Green

Sir Finn the Green is a goodhearted gnome, useless in a fight but extremely skilled in negotiations and management. He is well versed in laws, the peculiarities of government, logistics, and the art of proper documentation. He was instrumental in negotiating the treaty of Lund and the treaty of Marday. For this service he was knighted.

After retiring from government, he met his good friend Farren the Reputable. 

In 2457 ADC, he attempted to warn his government of the The Merchant's Guild's sponsoring of the impending war between the Notuan Alliance and the Qivari. The Merchant's Guild reportedly threatened his ex, Flora, and had him confined to the Lord's Palace to prevent him from trying to broker peace. He was rescued by the Party.
