Locklirist of the Hated Lash

Locklirist of the Hated Lash is a Bloodthirster of Khorne famed for favoring his flaming whip over other forms of attacks.
He is brash and violent like all Bloodthirsters but compared to other Bloodthirsters he is a bit more political and willing to take a long-term view to accomplish his goals, more willing to compromise with daemons of Tzeentch, Nurgle, and Slaanesh than most of Khornes brood.
Locklirist was one of the four Daemon generals who assaulted Mount Klodor during the initial mass invasion of Daemons into the Old World (the Great Cataclysm). He was destroyed by Slann Lord Izzatal towards the end of the Great Cataclysm.
It took Locklirist longer to reform than most and this made him bitter towards Lizardmen in general and the Lizardmen of Klodorex in particular. He will attack anyone in the mortal plane when he can enter the mortal plane but he is always on the look out for rifts between the Chaos Realm and Lustria or the Southlands.
He was a major character in the novellette New Alliances, 19,920 words and has been mentioned in passing in other pieces.
