After defeating Venomheart and saving Veradin, we savored our victory in the city as its Vanguard
Talk speaks of our journey heading to Bezia, my home -- both very familiar and very dangerous.
Theo's familiar Icarus has gained a new form: a winged cat called a
tressym.
Murg and I met and elf (light armor + scimitar) Andre and a half-orc (warhammer + light armor) Hannibal in the market, while looking for staff for our tribe south to Bezia by the way of the hilly badlands. They offered to let us accompany them on a quest against some goblins (and a hobgoblin).
We rode out that afternoon to the village in question. After finding the goblin Frumpin (and shortly thereafter the cave of goblins in question), the party entered combat. Murg of course tried to initiate ritual combat with the hobgoblin captain, but they refused with the sharp ends of their swords.
There was a veritable horde of goblins in front of the cave, but they paled in comparison to the two trolls that barrelled out of the cave for us at the sounds of combat. We didn't find much after the fight, and returned to Frumpin for
Murg to relay the news.
Murg has a hardon for Frumpin, so he ends the evening in bed
beating his dogs.
This forces Steel (and Theo) to camp outside of the village, to save themselves from the noise.
