GIRL
In 1994 Tony Stark introduces Hope Van Dyne to Rumiko Fujikawa for collaborative efforts between their two companies. He suggests they work together to purchase the site ofthe failed Texas accelerator and create a much smaller acelerator and copmlete the labs. The women hit it offimmediately and start working together. They do create a collaboration with Stark Industries and PymTech. However, while the participating companies may send whichever scientist they wish up to their part of hte project, the hired scientist in the facility itself is done by Hope, Pepper and Angela Martinelli. They refuse to hire anyone who cannot abide by a female lead. the staff is predominantly women.
To make a point, they adopt the female dresscode for the associated companies for all those who enter the facilities. Tony backs this decision 100%. This forces several companies to start de-gendering their dresscode if they want to use the facilities. Lawsuit is brought against them for hiring practices and they specify that they do not discriminate against men. They also do not hire someone who will not respect the interviewer (duh).
