Institute of Cryptozoological Research and Scientific Advancements
The Institute of Cryptozoological Research and Scientific Advancements (I.C.R.S.A.) is the largest research outpost for kaiju and cryptids on planet Earth . It is the headquarters for Majestic located in Australia and serves as a reliquary for storing important cryptozoological artifacts, weapons development, and genetic research in collaboration with varying governments and the Conglomerate.
Purpose / Function
The organization takes a great interest in history, paleontology, archaeology, religion, mythology, xenobiology, and cryptozoology. Majestic is the leading authority in matters relevant to defense and research against cryptids, kaiju, and aliens. Their aim is to have transparent public knowledge about the goings-on around their planet and provide defense for all of humanity.
Design
The I.C.R.S.A. is one of the most - if not the most - lavishly funded and constructed international government projects ever made. It is a self-sustaining system that is borderline its own country. The majority of crops and meat are raised domestically both topside and underground, with farm-raised or cloned synthetic meat. Vegetation is provided via hydroponics and large greenhouse biodomes on the surface. Organic meat is slightly higher priced and offers more nutritional value than cloned meat but is still safe for consumption. Weapons development and military training are conducted on-site on the training grounds and the firing range, with a driving range provided for testing vehicles. There is also a munitions field for testing explosives and a section of the outback dedicated for specifically testing nuclear weapons, which has never been used. It even possesses its own launch pad, space program, and mission control for any missions or research needing to be conducted in outer space. A large radio antenna and giant satellite dish are used to run orbital surveillance with Majestic satellites and to study space activity. Since space exploration is not a priority for Majestic at this time, they mostly serve as a form of intelligence and radio activity monitoring.
In the center is a grand administration building where an elevator is taken underground to the base of operations, where genetic research, weapons testing, and the Museum of Cryptozoological and Historical Antiquities is housed. The largest annex of cryptozoological data is hosted on megaservers for archiving and analysis, with most information publicly available and released for free on their website. The Illuminati Council also hosts board meetings, press calls, and political summits from within.
Embassies have been established in the facility borders for foreign nations to collaborate with. The embassy buildings are small bunkers that lead underground into a small facility with different sections sanctioned out like a shopping mall. Unlike typical political unions, Majestic embassies function very similarly to club memberships where yearly payments are needed to retain access. Nations without kaiju problems are required to pay double for access. Even Australia itself had to pay for an embassy in order to access the facility. Threats to shut the location down from the Australian government fell through as they did not wish taking a severe financial and security loss from provoking them. Majestic also did not recognize the United Kingdom as a collective entity and required each of the countries to individually file for an embassy membership.

Entries
There are immense metal gates at four different sections of the main entrances, but being so far out in the outback, most entrance is done by helicopter or plane. The facility has multiple helipads and its own landing strip used for private jets or cargo aircrafts.
Denizens
Most scientists and Majestic agents work on-site within the dormitories which are lavishly furnished and stocked for their convenience, but there are plenty that live off-site in the coastal cities.
Contents & Furnishings
Majestic agents are provided with free room and board with all of their needs taken care of while on campus. Food and gasoline are covered under the company, and they receive a suit and tie for every day of the week with their choice of hat.
Valuables
All relevant artifacts, fossils, documentation, and finds are acquired by Majestic and taken for storage, preservation, examination, and documentation. In the event of a total apocalyptic collapse, major world governments handed over their most valuable and prized artifacts to keep safe. These are all housed in the Museum for Cryptozoological and Historical Antiquities.

Special Properties
Power to the facility is provided by both nuclear and solar energy, ensuring the base is incredibly eco-efficient.
Alterations
Majestic was able to terraform the land within the Northern Territory into an oasis that could be used for clean water, agriculture, and farming for their on-site staff. This was accomplished by tilling the land and putting down a solid concrete foundation with immense loads of mulch and sod placed on top to allow the foliage to grow.
Architecture
The design philosophy goes for an aesthetic from the 1950s and some modern flare with glass panels and white pristine trim mixed with brutalism. Architecture was incredibly well-researched and designed to be resistant to earthquakes, tornadoes, landslides, sandstorms, volcanic eruptions, pyroclastic flow, hurricanes, and tsunamis as it was intended to be standard issue design for any future installments. It has not been tested against kaiju.
Defenses
Armed patrols, drones, and helicopters circle the area, and each entrance to the facility is armed with maser tanks, watchtowers with snipers, and missile launchers for added protection and security. Each of the buildings is designed with an internal safety bunker in the event of attacks from hostile forces or kaiju.
Tanks, attack helicopters, gun mounted Humvees, and armored 4×4s serve to engage any enemies in their territory. All vehicles are furnished in the iconic glossy black finish Majestic is known for.
History
Majestic had slowly begun to distance itself from the United States for the sole purpose of political neutrality, as the higher-ups believed being stationed on American soil would create immense bias. As such, major sections of Majestic began to move off-shore, and Australia was chosen for its distance from the other nations. The middle of the continent served as a great stretch of land to terraform and bulldoze. The Australian government wholeheartedly supported the movement as it would bring lots of jobs to the community. Started in 2000, construction officially finished in 2020 and became the most expensive facility ever constructed.
Tourism
The location is off-limits from the public, and only cleared personnel are allowed entrance. Even the United Nations has difficulty gaining access.
