Meþrókans
The Meþrókans are the ruling tribe in Kóvúrt, most of which live in and around the capital of Nyrsak along the southern shore of Fekai Lake, in the northeastern part of the country.
They are the only Mörkels in Kóvúrt, the rest being ethnic Þrihaks which have adopted Mörkel culture and religion to varying degree. While common Meþrókans have adopted various Þrihak customs, the aristocracy is especially concerned with maintaining Mörkel culture, speech and apparel to appeal to their neighbours.
Meþrókans share a common ancestor with the people of Úlbeans to the west, namely the ancient chief Tíráa.
