Ivak

Gnúmic: Ivak /ɪːvakh/
The Ivak River1 is the longest one in Túlmikkía as well as Gætíus' World in general, rivaled only by the river Músma to the south. Its source is Eimka Lake, the westernmost of the main lakes in Namk, a region of the Deþren Mountains in northern Túlmikkía, whence it flows south into the Gnákan Savanna until merging with the river Eiþe a third of its way, after which it runs in a general eastern direction and enters the northern Karatvánamb Forest before draining into the Túróon Sea.
The inhabitants along the upper river are a mixture of Vevúni, relatives of Þárúlsans or Namki, while further east it's dominated by savanna- and sylvan vevúni tribes, most notably the Gnúmans, whose kingdom of Gnúmá is one the most powerful country in Karatvánamb Forest. The kingdom's capital, Arasógnú, is located by the lower Ivak, specifically on and around Kán Island, and is the main settlement by the river.
