Portside District
This region outside of the Eastern wall of Port Nyanzaru is one of the newer areas of the city to be built upon. Outside of the bustle of the city proper, with captivating sea views, and with enough of a barrier towards any undead or predatory incursions through the Tiryki Anchorage, Portside became a sought after location for richer housing for many nobles and more affluent citizens who aren't necessarily so concerned with having close proximity to people of influence within the Merchant's Ward.
