Weave Keepers
A guild of mages that survived through . In an effort to make magic more stable they traveled to the Plane of Elemental Chaos and split the plane into its current state with each element in it's own plane.
Their goal was originally to prevent further issues and damage to the Weave by reaching out to newly powerful mages and informing them of the fragility of the weave, if they are already not so informed. Once they split the planes, however, the wizards stayed on their respective plane sighting a bond like tie to the plane.
Their second function is to locate the causes of damage done to the weave, and punish the party accordingly. Often, that punishment will take place in their acquired prison The End.
