Obsidia

Obsidia is a small, fortified town located on the edge of X forest. Founded during the Draconis War by the Lord's Coalition, members of the different species of Shularix found refuge and a home here. Aiding in the creation of what is known as the Obisidian Citadel, now the home to a branch of Knights Of Devine. This site was chosen for its proximity to Stoneheim, where teh final battle of the war took place, and the hidden location of the Hemlock Grove, which provided ample resources for survival and guarded from sight and attacks by the Draconis and Elfar.   Over time, Obsidia has grown in size and now attracts settlers looking for a familiar lifestyle in the northlands of Hlandaheim, outside of the Dwarv culture. The town's walls were built higher and stronger, with a tree in the center of the city, this tree was built from a Kova seed and has grown massively over the past twenty years. The tree itself has watchtower built around it to allow for greater protection from the sky view, as well as oversight over the whole town. The inhabitants are a tight-knit community that thrives on aiding each other, and solving problems through their council members. The town is known for the bravery of the individuals who used the area as a camp and safezone during the war. A place of strength, and a beacon of hope in a land still scarred by the Draconis War.   The Obsidian Citadel is a secondary branch of the Knights of Devine located just north east of Obsidia. During the war this citadel was created to house powerful mana stones that allowed those who walked through its "gates" to travel between different locations. This created a simple travel mechanism for the primary cities of Shularix, who used the portals to bring armies in quickly, allowing for a sneak attack upon Stoneheim. These portals have since been decommissioned, but the area and the citadel they were built within are now guarded by the Knights of Devine, who await the day they may need activated once again.   The Knights of Devine hold a strong presence in this town, aiding in the protection of the town and assisting in building a city guard and army of its own.
