Yef
The One Who Holds the Flame
The god of fire, Yef is a member of the four Primal Elementals deities. He is the creator and patron god of the Eleyef.
Divine Domains
Being the Primal Elemental of fire, Yef has dominion over fire and flames. His divine followers gain access to the Art, Chaos, Fire, Good, and Sun domains, as well as the Friendship, Movement, Revelation, Revelry, and Smoke subdomains.
Artifacts
When manifesting as an avatar, Yef can sculpt weapons out of pure fire, thus feels little need to carry a personal weapon. However, he is constantly on the lookout for artifacts known as Embers of the First Flame. These embers are the remnants of the First Flame, the original fire Materil, which was shattered by Promet and scattered across the world. It is said that when all the pieces have been returned to Yef, he will reforge the First Flame, and all fire will once again return to pure flame, which in such form rejuvenates and empowers instead of burning and debilitating.
Holy Books & Codes
Books hold little value to the flaming Eleyef, and thus the holy codes of Yef are passed down through oration. As a being of great energy and movement, his order also used interpretive dance to perform his legends. The most performed ones are The Birth of Flame, reenacting Yef's emergence from the World Tree and creation of Ixuil; The Son's Betrayal, displaying of Promets splitting of the First Flame during the Age of Conflict and creating burning fire, and the Song of Fire and Ice, a dance detailing the eternal rivalry between Yef and Yaw and the duality of Fire and Water.

Tenets of Faith
Members of the Order of the First Flame often follow the following code:
- I will seek the Embers of the First Flame, so that fire may be restored to its proper place.
- I will search and destroy those beings would would corrupt the forces of flame and turn it against the mortal world.
- I will work to protect the Eleyef people and spread their passion around the world.
- I will respect the destructive power of flame, and only use it against those who are deserving of its cleansing wrath.
- Just as Yef holds the First Flame, I too hold the inner fire of my life. I will never my resolve to die out and I will stoke my inner fire with the joys of life.
- It is better to flare out in a blaze of glory than to flicker out slowly.
Holidays
To the Eleyefs, the two months of summer is the most holy time of the year. During the height of summer, a two day (41st of Arda and the 1st of Ixa) celebration known as the Rite of Holy Flame is held in reverence Yef and of the Eleyef's local community. Eleyef that are traveling abroad from Luduun will always make sure to throw some sort of party of the locals of their area, even if it means renting out a space to throw it at their personal expense.
Divine Goals & Aspirations
Yef's main goals is to protect the Fire Materil, and reassemble the First Flame and restoring fire to its original state. As an Primal Elemental, Yef is essentially the essence of fire and flame itself, and thus has little concern about anything not related to fire.
Physical Description
Body Features
When manifesting as an avatar or commune with his followers, Yef is said to take on a form of a blazing skeleton (although the size of this form varies from vision to vision) with a cavity in his chest that holds within the Embers of the First Flame. His fire is said to burn a pure white instead of red or orange. It is belived that he once had a greater form, akin to the other Primal Elementals, but the splitting of the First Flame permanently reduced his shape and flame.

Personal history
As one of the four Primal Elementals, Yef is one of the oldest being in creation. When he emerged from the the World Tree, he was responsible for crafting the foundation of Ixuil and a majority of its contents. Eventually, he had a son with Protos, the goddess of Primal Chaos, the Titan Promet. Promet was gifted access to the First Flame by Yef, and together they created many beautiful things. However, for reasons highly debated among religious scholars, Promet eventually split the First Flame, scattering its embers across the world, and transforming flame from a pure empowering state, into the harmful and burning state of fire. Yef than imprisoned Promet inside a great volcano, an act that would eventually lead to the Age of Conflict and the Titan War. After the Titans defeat, Yef has tasked his followers with retrieving the lingering fragments of the First Flame in the hopes in can one day be reformed.
Gender Identity
Yef manifests primarily in a male form, but of all true deities, his form is not fixed and can change genders at will. Of the Primal Elementals, Yef is the one known to take an opposite gendered for the most, as fire is known to be fickle and constantly changing.

Contacts & Relations
Yef's herald is known as Ushoxallha, a massive fire elemental whose name roughly translates to "The Fire of Holy Destruction". Ushxallha can cause intense burns with its heat that never heal, but can also imbue those around it with a holy, healing flame. When summoned, Ushoxallha enjoys offerings of large quantiles of wood to consume, exotic alcohol poured into it to fuel its flames, or a sacrifice of an evil creature, preferably one that has a corruptive effect on fire.
Family Ties
As a member of the Primal Elementals, Yef is considered a sibling to the others, Yai, Yaw, and Yea. Yef and Yaw are locked in an enteral rivalry, and are never able to agree upon anything.

"Be Cleansed In Flame": This saying is said by Yef's followers when fighting against evil, as a promise to cleanse the evil in holy fire.
"Fuel Your Fire": This saying represents that one should seek out the things in life that bring them joy, fueling their soul and bringing energy to ones' life.
