Kitoi

Kitoi is a large city in the Shou Empire and central Shou Peninsula. It is ruled by Lord Yogi Mizuhara.

Summer Palace

The Kitoi mountain resort outside of the city has often served as a summer palace and vacation spot for Shou royal families. It is known for its rich architecture and landscapes. The increased elevation of the city makes it generally cooler then the capital of Seito or former capital of Teikyou.
