Seito
Seito is the capital of the Shou Empire, and among the oldest cities in Western Centeria. It is currently ruled by Lord Kazuyuki Anzai.
History
The city was formerly inhabited by Elves before the Shou-Elvish Wars, in which Shou humans claimed the city. The oldest parts of the city are ancient, allegedly older than even the first Elves that inhabited them, and are constructed from a peculiar white stone.Religion
Seito is of significant spiritual significance to followers of The Way, and is considered a holy city. The Centennial Comet is said to be seen at its brightest from Seito, and the holy lake the city is constructed next to is also said to have a magical reaction to the comet's presence.Districts
