Tokuyama is a large central city in the Shou Empire. It is currently ruled by Lord Shinobu Yamato.

Location

Tokuyama is positioned on a crucial fork in the Kōga river. It is a natural population center due to its central location within the Shou Peninsula and due to its vast available irrigation for surrounding farmlands.

History

Tokuyama was previously ruled by the Hamada Dynasty before the Yamato Dynasty wrestled it from them in the 6th century. It has remained theirs since.
