Touchu
Touchu is a large city in the northeastern Shou Empire. It has recently been ruled by Lord Yagi Nishikawa, but was occupied by Solite forces under Khatar Thedan as part of the Solite-Shou War of 1198.
Location
Originally founded in a defensible location in the foothills of the Nanshu Mountains, the walled city now serves as a key strategic point for the northeastern border of the empire and control of Hokutani. The city has grown to sprawl through Touchu river valley, on one side overlooked by castle residences belonging to the Nishikawa Dynasty.
