Docks District
The Docks District encompasses the entirety of the cities connection to the River Styx. The docks are generally lesser in regards to the rest of the city. Its entire purview centered around the accessing river to the city. The docks are crime ridden and dangerous even for the more hellish occupants. Unlike the rest of the city this district is not a true neighborhood or city but simply the stretch of land that connects with the River Styx.
Shipwright: Along the massive dock yard is a the shipwright. Lead by a Merrenoloth the business has monopolized the passage of the river. While they don't control its flow they determine those who are able to enter the city this way safely. This has become a nuisance for many including the primary nobles of the city.
Weavers of Fate: A coven of night hags has taken it upon themselves to front a weaving business here where that can divine the fates and dreams of victims for their purposes.
