Basic Information
Anatomy
Centaurs are human from the waist up, and merge into a horse from the waist down. Both their skin and horse half can be any color between white and brown.
Biological Traits
Male Centaurs are generally larger than females and are able to grow facial hair. Female Centaurs are able to produce milk from their breasts and are the ones that give birth.
Genetics and Reproduction
Centaurs reproduce the same way as a horse, not having the capability as Humans.
Growth Rate & Stages
Centaurs from infancy take 4 years to reach childhood and from there it takes 14 years to reach adulthood, at the age of 18 a Centaur is considered a young adult. A Centaur who reaches the age of 30 is considered an adult and at the age of 60 they are considered to be elderly.
Ecology and Habitats
Centaur live in heavily forested areas, and hunt whatever prey or gather whatever food they can find.
Dietary Needs and Habits
Centaur are omnivores, and can eat both meat and fruit/vegetables. They will often hunt deer, bear, or moose.
Biological Cycle
As time progresses Centaurs age and grow until eventually their body reaches a point that they can no longer sustain themselves and die.
