Demigods
Demigods, or Half-Bbloods, are a race of beings that are half-mortal and half-god. They possess mortal souls and are vulnerable to old age and death though they have longer than average human lifespans. However, their divine blood endows them with supernatural abilities that allow them to achieve feats usually not possible by mortals.
Basic Information
Anatomy
Demigods are completely indistinguishable from Humans or their race they are born as from their mortal side. They do not have a divine form, however they do inherit some traits from their godly parent.
It is unknown whether a demigod's eye and hair color depends on what form their godly parent took while consorting with their mortal parent. Some demigods with the same divine parent have a different color.
Demigods are bipedal species that have four limbs, two legs and two arms, five digits on each hand and feet. They have hair on their heads and males are able to grow facial hair.
Biological Traits
Male Demigods are generally larger than females and are able to grow facial hair. Female Demigods are able to produce milk from their breasts and are the ones that give birth.
Genetics and Reproduction
Demigods reproduce sexually and are viviparous, they typically have a gestation period of 9 months.
Growth Rate & Stages
Demigods from infancy take 4 years to reach childhood and from there it takes 14 years to reach adulthood, at the age of 18 a Demigod is considered a young adult. A Demigod who reaches the age of 30 is considered an adult and at the age of 60 they are considered to be elderly.

Demigods are omnivores they procure their food by domesticating animals and farming crops. They can also hunt and gather for food as well.
Biological Cycle
As time progresses Demigods age, eventually their bodies will reach a point where they can no longer sustain themselves and will eventually die. However, they live much longer lives than some other races such as Humans.
Behaviour
Demigods are a cooperative species and will form communities to help each other, they are wary of other races but can form good relations with them given time.
Disputes between Demigods are generally resolved without the use of violence.

The Demigod social structure is based on the divine blood and magical power, the diviner blood the more powerful magic you have, those with divinist blood mostly desendants of Major Gods or Goddess make up the nobility while those with less divine blood are further down the social hierarchy.

Most Demigods have a pair of eyes, that come in various colours such as blue, green and brown, and ears with one nose and mouth. Male Demigods are able to grow facial hair. But these traits can vary depending on the race of a Demigods mortal parent.

Demigod naming traditions varies depending on the culture. However, they generally follow the same conventions of having a first name, a middle name, which is optional, and a surname or family name.

Demigod beauty ideals are based on the physical appearance of an individual, their magical power/ability and the divinity of one's blood. Demigod beauty ideals are also based on the personality of the individual.

In Demigod society both sexes have equal rights and opportunities.

Both sexes of Demigods will try to court those they are attracted to by either showing off their magical abilities and/or by offering gifts.

Demigods are monogamous and have one partner known as a soul mate. Demigods are very protective of their partner and family. They will fight to the death to protect the ones they love. Same sex marriage is common in Demigod society.

Demigods mostly rely on magic instead of technology, because of this they developed advanced magical tools. demigods have access to powerful magic tools/equipment as well as artefacts, magical metals, magical stones and powerful spells.

While other Demigods wear clothes made from fabrics and cloth, that can come in various colours, those that are a part of the nobility wear clothes made from fine fabrics and silk.

Demigod culture is based on their magical abilities and divinity of blood. Many Demigods are very prideful as they believe themselves to be superior to other races.
However, this causes issues with other races and if their pride gets hurt things can get violent. Due to their pride Demigods can act very snobbish and are prone to throw tantrums when things don't go their way.

Common taboos in Demigod society include murder, theft, assault, sexual assault, cannibalism and others.

Demigods believe themselves to be superior to other races, though this does not prevent them from cooperating with other races.
