Norien

Norien is the locally known name for a continent on the eastern and of a landmass. It is bordered in the north west by a large icy tundra and in the sourht west by a large savanna - both are sparsely populate. The east and south are both dominated by a large octane. Not much is known to the local population about any lands beyond this region.
The continent recent history has been dominated by the rise, fall and aftermath of the Empire of Alharien.
