Ornaswoud
The Orish Frisians once lived in their city of Orna on the island similarly named. When the other Frisian people destroyed the city, the Ornish fled to these woods. The Ornish have mingled and scattered throughout the Merchant League, however the largest cocnentration of native Ornish Islanders, considered true Ornish, reside in small homesteads here.
Geography
The Ornaswoud covers the majority of the Island of Orna. It is a lightly scattered wood and the ground is very fertile for herb growing and small agricultural plots.
The Ornish that left the island can hardly be considered Ornish anymore. Only us, the true people of Old Orna remain in these woods.
