The Head of Peacekeeper Diplomacy is the most senior role within Peacekeeper Diplomacy, one of the three pillars of the Peacekeeper Alliance. Reporting only to the Head of Peacekeeper Command, they are responsible for ensuring

Diplomacy

Dignity and Unity

The aim of Peacekeeper Diplomacy is to bring new planets, worlds and peoples into the Peacekeeper Alliance.
They are there to ensure that the worlds join peacefully and that both sides benefit from the arrangement.

Responsibilities

As well as managing their four direct reports, the Head of Peacekeeper Diplomacy is responsible for:

Review Investigations

Review all feedback from investigations in order to prioritise accurately the next steps.

Facilitate Negotiations

Ensure that the Director of Negotiations has the required resources to fully facilitate the successful negotiation of each treaty.

Representing Diplomacy

Being the public face of Peacekeeper Diplomacy both at events and in the media.

Streamline Logisitics

Regularly review and streamline the processes used within Logistics to enable to success of the Diplomacy Pillar.

Oversee Initiations

Work with the Director of Relations to oversee the Initiations required for each new planet.

Cross-Pillar Collaboration

Meet regularly with the Heads of the other Pillars to discuss how they can support one another, and work with the Head of Peacekeeper Command to define cross-pillar goals.

Qualifications

In order to step into the position of Head of Peacekeeper Diplomacy, there are several routes a person could take. These include:

Orthodox Route

Min 10 years working as one of the following:

• Director of Investigation
• Director of Logistics
• Director of Negotiation
• Director of Relations

Unorthodox Route

Min 20 years working at a Director level within one of the following areas:

• Peacekeeper Efficiency
• Peacekeeper Integrity
• Peacekeeper Command
