The Thief
Human god of theft, secrecy, espionage and assassination.
The Thief
A glint upon a hidden knife
A whispered threat, a taken life
A message written in a cyph-er
You'll never see him strike.Kill those the Thief knows had it coming,
Stalk the night By Shadow and Cunning,
Be the nightmare that they're shunning,
To the Garden we will go.The Thief's verse from The Song of the Eight.
Divine Domains
The Thief's alignment is Chaotic Evil, and his portfolio includes theft, secrecy, espionage and assassination. His cleric domains are Ambush, Darkness, Deception, Espionage, Evil, Greed, Isolation, Night, Murder, Solitude, Tactics, Thievery, Torture, Trap, Trickery, Venom and his favoured weapon is the Kukri.
As one of the Eight Human gods, his followers expect to go to the Garden Beyond the Stars when they die, although it is uncertain whether he will be there to meet them in the Garden. Since the Eight are less personal than the Survivor deities, it is unclear whether they reside in the Garden themselves or merely guide their followers to it without any form of personal interaction.
