Commodore Andromeda Calliope Stargazer
The former Viziera of the House Stargazer, Andromeda Stargazer is terse and very scary. She ran the Stargazer Library like a tight ship, much to the discomfort of her daughter-in-law, Cassiopeia Stargazer-Greenskin. On Takesday, Soldiermoon, 1313, she was banished by Whisper Vote for using her position to have an illicit same-sex affair with Targatis.

Andromeda is highly educated, with a masters degree (double-major, librarianship and theology) from Elderton University. She held off on getting married until she completed her degree, with the date penciled in to be "when she turned 22" - which she interpreted to mean the day of, and set her schedule accordingly.
Employment
Andromeda manages the Stargazer Library with the help of an ink Scrivener named Bartleby, her daughter-in-law, Cassiopeia, and some dust Mephits. She is a mean boss and zealously gatekeeps the information the library holds.
Mental Trauma

Family Ties
Parents: Andromeda has followed in the footsteps of her parents, who were academics before they retired. When she showed herself to be academically adept, her parents expected her to continue to excel. Andromeda's mother, Professor Aquarius Quartermaster, is an Undine with ancestry from West Star, and she lectures in Extraplanar Studies at North Town University. Her father, Ulysses Winthrop, is a Company man in addition to being a scholar. He refused to marry Aquarius due to her Aquatic heritage.
Hydra Quartermaster: Andromeda's sister works as the Seneschal for House Stargazer and manages the day-to-day running of the Estate. She and Andromeda have both been seen to utilise the Understacks Bone Room, and possibly other parts of the technically-forbidden library.
Leopold Stargazer: Andromeda met Leopold in the Theology classes at Elderton University. They agreed they would marry when Andromeda turned twenty-two. Married life did not come naturally to Andromeda, but she and Leopold seem to be on comfortable terms now.
