The Llaohh Region (l:ɑox / jɑox)

Of the Seven Regions, Llaohh is located in the central north. It is roughly divided into three landforms: the northermost tundra and bogs; the central Illaohhéin/Llaohh mountains; and the Llaohh Expanse, a vast grasslands bordering the Chaalai.
The two nations that occupy portions of Llaohh are the titular Blue Ice Dwarves, the Illaohhéin and their eponymous kingdom located in the mountainous centre, and Hœm, in the south on the coast of Chaalai. Hœm is arguably the more important of the two as the politics of the Illaohhéin lends itself to isolationism, and the Hœmmé are incredibly diverse and central to the trade routes of the continent and beyond.
The Llaohh Expanse is the site of numerous clashes between Qh'énnish and Ptarshakkian armies. Other than nomadic peoples, and farmsteads surrounding the walls of Hœm, the Llaohh Expanse is unclaimed, uninhabited.

The various markers for cities and villages that constitute the Nation of Hœm, break down as follows:
Yellow - universal, inclusive, representative of the diversity of Hœm.
Green - primarily produce, farming, orchards, and/or lumber-based.
Black - funerary rites, mausoleums, cemeteries.
Red - primarily ethnic Hœm city/village, dating back to the settlement by Northern Yssians.
Blue - port cities.
Grey - primarily dwarven cities.
Orange - northerner settlements: Qh'énno-Gh'ennish, Kielik, Tchaikréni, Daoshi.
Violet - other ethnicities/races (incl. Ptarshishin, naga, troll, etc.)
