Personal history

Jordyn was born the second child of her father, the Duke of the Duchy of Dao. She grew up in Yuondao, being trained as a suitable match to one of her father's Counts. In 4042 MA, her father and older sister were part of the Youkan army that caused the Mildale Disaster, where both were slain. Jordyn took up her father's titles and led her people to safety in the Timmarin Tail for the duration of the war. Her organized retreat allowed her Duchy to retain a much higher population than other Duchies in Youk Kingdom. After the formation of the Western Coalition, Jordyn was a key commander in the western front of the Demon War and was considered a candidate for Queen, as she was the granddaughter of Jordyn IX Gilren, but the crown was ultimately given to her first cousin once removed, Jordyn X Gilren.

Education

As a Duke's daughter, Jordyn was trained in courtly politics, battlefield tactics, trade policy, and other noble arts. She is also a competent fencer in the Lammish style.

Jordyn is calm and kind in disposition, rarely speaking in anger or frustration. She much prefers to let her actions speak for her. If given the opportunity, she will seek justice with steel, rather than with returned insults.
