Extradition
Any Signing Nation who has possession of a person who has committed a crime in another Signing
Nation and does not extradite the person in question to the Nation in question within one month is in
Violation of the Treaty of Law, unless the person in question has committed a crime in the Nation in
possession of them. If this is the case, the person in question can be tried and sentenced in the Nation
in possession of them before being extradited.
Freedom from Bondage
Citizens of Signing Nations are to be free from indentured servitude, slavery, and false imprisonment.
Any Signing Nation permitting the existence of such practices is in Violation of the Treaty of Law.
Freedom to Emigrate
Citizens of Signing Nations must be permitted to leave their Nation of origin if they so choose, provided
they have broken no laws in their Nation of origin. Any Signing Nation restricting this freedom is in
Violation of the Treaty of Law.
Freedom to Justice
Citizens of Signing Nations must be given fair trial if accused of any crime. Any Signing Nation that
permits unfair trials, summary executions, false imprisonment, or other such practices is in Violation of
the Treaty of Law.
Freedom to Travel
Citizens of Signing Nations are permitted to travel to any Signing Nation for up to one month within
the span of a year, without needing to pay any fee, tax, or apply for special status, provided they don’t
violate the laws of the Nation they are visiting. Any Signing Nation restricting this freedom is in
Violation of the Treaty of Law.

The Coalition Council
The Coalition Council shall be a body Representing the entirety of the Western Coalition. If a decision
must be made regarding the Mildale Treaties, a Coalition Council must be called.
Whenever the Coalition Council is called, Delegates shall meet in the preappointed council chamber to
discuss the subject at hand.
If discussion reaches a point of decision, all Voting Delegates may vote to confirm the final decision of the council. If three quarters of the Voting Delegates vote in favor, their decision is made official.
The decisions of the Coalition Council must conform to the stipulations of the Mildale Treaties.
If any decision made by the council makes changes to the Mildale Treaties, the Signees to any Treaties
changed must agree to re-sign said Treaties before the council's decision is considered official.
Coalition Council Structure
The Coalition Council shall consist of a number of Delegates selected by the Signing Nations.
The Delegates selected by the eight Founding Nations are Voting Delegates.
All other Delegates are Non-Voting Delegates.

Selection of Delegates
Each Signing Nation shall select one Delegate to the Coalition Council. The means a Nation uses to
select their Delegate are to be determined by the Nation in question. These Delegates shall reside in the
Free City of Zol-Nah for so long as they hold the position of Delegate.
If a Delegate resigns, dies, is ejected, or has their Delegate status revoked by the Nation that selected
them, the Nation must select a new Delegate and send them to Zol-Nah. If the new Delegate does not
arrive within one month of the resignation, death, ejection, or dismissal of the previous Delegate, the
Nation in question will be considered In Violation of the Treaty of Order.
If a Voting Delegate resigns, dies, is ejected, or has their Delegate status revoked by the Nation that
selected them, no Coalition Councils can be called until the Nation in question selects a new Delegate.
Vote of Reprimand
A Delegate can induce the Coalition Council to eject a Delegate from the council, assuming there are
Grounds for a Vote of Reprimand.
If three quarters of the Voting Delegates vote to affirm the council's desire to eject the Delegate, the
Delegate in question is ejected from the council.
Grounds for a Vote of Reprimand
The Delegate has violated the laws of any Nation while in the territory of said Nation.
The Delegate has violated the laws set forward by the Treaty of Law.
The Delegate has been absent for two or more consecutive councils.
The Delegate has been absent for more than ten councils in the span of a year.

Freedom of Religion
Any Signing Nation that prevents its Citizens from worshiping any of the following Deities in their own
homes is in Violation of the Treaty of Religion:

Border Changes
A Delegate can induce the Coalition Council to make changes to the Territory of a Signing Nation,
assuming there are Grounds for a Border Change.
If three quarters of the Voting Delegates vote to affirm the council's desire for a Border Change,
Territory is changed.
Grounds for a Border Change
A river on the border of the Nation in question has changed course naturally.
Another Nation has consented to cede territory to the Nation in question.
The Nation in question has ceded territory to another Nation.
The Nation in question is in Violation of one of the Mildale Treaties.
Encroachment
If a Signing Nation sends Citizens with the intention of settling there or Combatants with the intention
to occupy into the Territory of another Signing Nation, the Signing Nation in question is in Violation of
the Treaty of Territory.
Mildale
The town of Mildale is to be made neutral territory. Each of the following Nations must maintain five
hundred soldiers there at all times, with overall command held by a Coalition Council appointee.

Currency Standardization
All Signing Nations must mint and maintain coins equivalent in material and mass to the following
denominations.
Copper Pieces
Coins of ninety-nine percent copper weighing one fiftieth of a pound.
Silver Pieces
Coins of ninety-nine percent silver weighing one fiftieth of a pound.
Gold Pieces
Coins of ninety-nine percent gold weighing one fiftieth of a pound.
Declaration of Embargo
A Delegate can induce the Coalition Council to declare an embargo on a Nation, assuming there are Grounds for a Declaration of Embargo.
If three quarters of the Voting Delegates vote to affirm the council's desire for an embargo, the Western
Coalition declares an embargo on the Nation in question.
Grounds for a Declaration of Embargo
A Foreign Nation encroaches on the Territory of a Signing Nation.
A Foreign Nation declares war on a Signing Nation.
A Foreign Nation targets the citizens of a Signing Nation for theft, assault, imprisonment, or
other such harassment.
A Nation is in Violation of one of the Mildale Treaties.
Embargo Violation
A Signing Nation that continues to trade with an Embargoed Nation is in Violation of the Treaty of
Trade.
Free Trade
Any Signing Nation that charges fees, tariffs, tolls, or other such taxes on goods leaving or entering their
territory is in Violation of the Treaty of Trade.
Prohibited Goods
Any Signing Nation that engages in the purchase, sale, or trade of the following goods is in Violation of
the Treaty of Trade.

Declaration of War
A Delegate can induce the Coalition Council to declare war on a Nation, assuming there are Grounds
for a Declaration of War.
If three quarters of the Voting Delegates vote to affirm the council's desire for war, the Western Coalition
declares war on the Nation in question.

A Foreign Nation encroaches on the Territory of a Signing Nation.
A Foreign Nation declares war on a Signing Nation.
A Foreign Nation targets the citizens of a Signing Nation for theft, assault, imprisonment, or
other such harassment.
A Nation is in Violation of one of the Mildale Treaties.
Warfare Limitations
Any Signing Nation is in Violation of the Treaty of War if it does not prosecute members of its
military that:
Cause unnecessary destruction of property.
Cause unnecessary suffering to Enemy Combatants.
Detain Non-Combatants.
Disguise themselves as Enemy Combatants or Non-Combatants.
Falsely surrender to Enemy Combatants.
Harm Enemy Combatants who have surrendered.
Harm Non-Combatants (including rape).
Steal the property of Enemy Combatants or Non-Combatants.
Use disease or poison against Enemy Combatants or Non-Combatants.
Magical Warfare Limitations
Any Signing Nation is in Violation of the Treaty of War if it does not prosecute members of its
military that use magic to:
Create construct or undead Combatants.
Disguise any Combatants as Non-Combatants or Combatants of another Nation.
Force any Combatants to violate any of the Warfare Limitations.
Force Enemy Combatants to harm themselves or their fellows.
Summon extra-planar Combatants.
Standing Army Limitations
Any Signing Nation is in Violation of the Treaty of War if:
It maintains more than ten thousand Combatants of any kind.
It maintains any undead or construct Combatants of any kind.
It maintains any extra-planar Combatants of any kind.
War Between Signees
Any Signing Nation that declares war on another Signing Nation is in Violation of the Treaty of War,
unless the Nation in question is in Violation of any of the Mildale Treaties.
