Delta Caeli II

Delta Caeli II is a very cold ice giant. Ice giants are similar to gas giants, except comprised primarily of hydrogen and helium. It has not evolved further because the upper atmosphere has never formed. This is because it is captured by its moons, so those moons can often have a high hydrogen content.
Delta Caeli II is also thought to contain trace amounts of magnietic monopoles in its core. No Arcturus faction has the technology to exploit this even using gas giant harvesting stations, but it adds value to the system anyway for future advancement. The various moons and asteroids orbiting Delta Caeli II are arguably more important to the system. This is because they contain large amounts of valuable metal ores such as iron, tungsten and so on. The moons also contain several wreckages from battles over this highly valuable star system. Many mining cmpanies of each faction want to salvage these wreckages.
