Inscrutable: The Black Ocean Society
Little is known of the Black Ocean Society. It is a group apparently dedicated to steering the future of Japan onto what they believe to be the correct track from the shadows. Some believe it is headed by the ancient Taira no Kiyomori , but this should be impossible. Kiyomori was slain ages ago by Minamoto no Yoshitsune. Others claim a connection between the Society and the equally-secretive Matsumoto Family. Still others claim that they operate from beneath Wakigami Castle itself, working hand in hand with the Hashinara Clan to influence the national stage. The truth...remains unknown. But do not doubt; such an organization surely exists.
